Overall, not a bad place to live. Our apartment is clean and spacious. The pools are lovely and well maintained. The office is pretty good at addressing problems. We have had our share of problems. Our car was broken into (windows shattered) the very first week we lived here (the complex is not gated). We have had loud neighbors who storm up the stairs, slam doors, and smoke weed on their porches. We have also had a problem with people leaving trash in the halls, so squirrels and raccoons get into the bags and spread trash throughout the hall. My 2 year old is constantly picking up cigarette butts that are thrown all over the stairs and not cleaned up.
Other than the petty annoyances that the management cannot control (neighbors), this place is wonderful.
