My husband and I lived here for a year..The apartments were big...and I thought the price was good for the size apartment you get...Most of my work orders were done in a timely manner..I did have a problem with the management..They DID NOT control people not picking up after their pets..They would threaten to but never followed through..also people left garbage outside their doors ALL the time..I would complain and they did nothing about it..I found that disgusting..especially when you have friends and family over..it's gross...The management was not nice..I agree..that they were sweet as pie when you sign your lease and then its all over after that...And my neighbors...well..I heard lots of fights and lots of footsteps..and I was on the top floor!
