Versant Place

and still enjoy living here. The property always looks nice and it's really quite during the evening hours....the only one complaint I do have is the leasing staff seems very lazy and arent'very nice...I was expecting a package and went into the office and I had to wait like five minutes for the one leasing agent to GET OFF HER CELL PHONE and acknowlede me and she was talking with her mother....how do I know that because she was talking LOUD!!

She ask me if I got a notice on the door and I told her "no", she then said that they did not get my package. I said okay and when I started to walk out down the walk one of the managers coming up the walk said hi to me and told me that I had a package waiting for me....yep,the other girl just didn't want to be bothered with taking care of an resident.

I told the manager what happen and she said that she sign for it this morning and the girl must of not saw it being they had a lot of packages.....NO, SHE DIDN'T EVEN LOOK. Other then that I really do enjoy Versant Place.

I am giving the office a good rating due to the fact that the one manager help me and not the leasing agent.
