It seems it is easy for people to complain but I have only great things to say about Versant. Great location, new and clean apartments. If you want cheap apartments, you can find some out there but you will live in that cheap area. They are reasonable and I have yet to see a problem with tenants. 2 times I needed maintenance and they were there same day or next. Fixed problem. I am happy here and have recommended to friends. Staff has been friendly too.
