I was living in Versant place for about an year and I never had any major problems.

Pros:
- Good and quiet neighborhood
- Friendly staff
- Clean apts
- Affordable rent
- Near to all locations, but still not so crowded.
Cons:
- Walls were thin and I was not able to use my Home theater, because it was disturbing other tenants.
- You really need to follow up on non emergency work orders.

They miss work orders often.
- Location of tennis court is not good, as has short fence on 2 sides.

It can get fixed, if they have good fencing on all the 4 sides.
