Moved here a few months ago. The first night we arrived, kids hanging out in the brezeway at 10:00PM. Seems that there are a few problems with some of the tenants - possibly families relocated from Katrina - although management won't admit that there are some people living here who do not fit. (late night comings and goings, hanging out outside, riding bikes in the middle of the night). We had our liscense plates stolen off one of our cars after being here 5 days! BREEZEWAYS ARE FILTHY DIRTY. Office staff not so friendly. Maintenance staff is very nice and helpful. Our unit was not so clean when we moved in- they painted over dirt and screens on patio are filthy. Grounds are kept well. Tenants smoke and drink beer at the pool - not a good thing.

So are you racist or just ignorant? What do you mean relocated from Katrina and people dont fit?? Sounds like you need to take you and yours and move into a actually house or are you too cheap or hey you just might not "fit"!! Cant wait to move to Versant, hopefully I run into you.
