Years at this apartment: 2008-01-01 - 2009-01-01
I just renewed my lease @ the rent I originally agreed to a year ago - to find out that the apartment goes for $100 less (I'm aware that market values change; however, this was not disclosed and should have been).
CHECK CURRENT MARKET VALUE of apartments before renewing here.
My air conditioner has broken three times and STILL has not been fixed.
The maintenance staff in pleasant but will often leave their mess behind, do a job incorrectly, or simply not come back to finish a job.
This has also been a chief complaint of my neighbors.
