I guess it's okay

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
I lived there for 7 months last year. It was very spacious with cathedral ceilings.
Maintenance wasn't that great though. There's only one maintenance guy, named Rich. Although he's a very sweet guy, he really doesn't know how to fix much.
While living there, we had to have the refrigerator and dishwasher replaced within the first two months because they completely broke down.
However, I must say that the management office was always quick to respond to any problems or complaints. They were also nice people and easy to deal with.
I guess my only problem with the place was that it had big ants in the kitchen. Everytime I complained about it, they would send the pest guy over to spray. I think he came inside 3 times, yet it never helped. The ants never went away.
The other thing was caterpillars. Two months before our lease was to expire, these gross caterpillars started showing up all over the place outside: on the buildings, on the cars, falling from trees. I actually had to run from my car to the apartment with something covering my head so that the caterpillars wouldn't fall into my hair. It was quite gross. I complained to management about it and they sent somebody over to look at it. By the time I moved out, the issue still wasn't resolved. So I don't know what happened with the.
Take away the ants and caterpillars, get a couple more experienced maintenance workers and then I would give the place a 10.
