Community appears to be neglected by Management

I would not refer anyone to this community which is managed by AIMCO. (Who is selling the property.)
It appears they have given up on the up-keep of the property. There's barely no lawn, mostly weeds, there's still leaves on the grounds and in the gutters, trees that need to have some of the branches cut back are instead breaking off when the wind or a good storm passes, the water fountain in the pond has stopped working for several months now and its yet to be fixed, they charge for pest control and never has anyone come to my apartment to treat it for pest and yes there are a few pests from roaches to ants. I have had to treat my apartment myself because I know this is not being done on a regular basis. When I questioned why I am being charged for a service I am not getting I was told by one of the staff they do the outside and only go in the residents apartment if the resident request it to be done. So my question here is...why is AIMCO charging for a service every month if I have to request it'''
Do yourself a favor wait until AIMCO sells the property. It has potential, but not by this current Management.
If it weren't for the rental/maintance staff who do try their best to resolve some of these issues I have had, I would think of this place as a total hot mess. The staff are the 5 star...Naomi, Linda and staff, I know you do your best. Thanks.
