The new management and the renovations are horrible. When you complaint to managment, they just don't care. Gives you the number to a district manager that of course is always out of the office.

Within view of my apartment, a sofa sat outside for over a month. It was put there by the apartment staff who were renovating an apartment. When I complained, it sat there for another month (over 2 months total). Now appliances litter the area. Would you want a new stove or washer & dryer that has sat outside in the rain and heat for long periods of time.

They recently renovated the apartment above us and put down wood floors. I can hear EVERY step the neighbor takes, even my light fixtures rattle. When it was carpeted, I didn't hear a thing.

We were paying less than $60 a month for water, sewer, trash, and pest control (which they never spray, even when requested) and got a notice today that the rate was increasing by over $200 a year... effective today!

We've had to have a few things repaired during our time here, and if we got something fixed after just two requests, we considered ourselves lucky. Some requests were submitted 4-5 times (over the span of 1-2 months). When things are fixed, they don't do a very good job.

Crime is also a concern. Someone was recently robbed at gun point on the property and someone broke in and attempted to steal our neighbors car. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
