I had high hopes for the new management, but hopes have been dashed in just the short month or so that they have been here. Like someone else had mentioned, they did highly raise our water rates by about $20-25 dollars extra per month! That is a huge increase for water. We too have tried to contact the management and they refuse to respond. With such a raise in water rates we are really concerned what the renewal of our lease will look like.
They have been doing some rennovations, but the paint color looks awful and they have neglected routine maintenance like cutting the grass. It is about knee deep woht weeds and prone to snakes according to one neighbor.
The main office sat half painted for a couple of weeks. Liter is scattered throughout the complex and the maintenance staff converses loudly on cell phones outside your window in the mornings using profanity.
On the occassions when I have had to stop by and pick up packages at the office, they were very cold like it was such an inconvenience that I even walked in the door. I had to wait for the office clerk to finish her personal phone call with her mom. While the previous management may not have been on top of things, at least they were nice to the residents.
It's really disappointing to see a complex with good potential be driven in to the ground like this. We had hoped to stay a couple of years, but will likely have to move after only one.
