OK I have to tell you I was a little sceptical when I read the reviews, but after all the research and with all the apartments here in Brandon and visiting them at night (best thing you could ever do, you can see the atmosephere), we decided to rent here at The Village. Ivette, who works in the office has been a pleasure to meet, answered all our questions, took us to see all the apartments we could choose from and was very, very informative on everything, from the sites of construction they are and will be doing in the near future and in all of the apartments as well (I believe she has input into the remodeling of the apartments) which are fantastic. Well to our surprise, we filled out all the paper work, left the deposit and was told that we would know the outcome of the application by Tuesday, well SURPRISE, Ivette called me after an hour of us leaving and told us that we were approved (call that FAST WORK) my husband and I were very impressed.Kudos to Ivette. Also anyone he reads this review...the previous management which was AMECO, they are GONE (I would never move to any building the manage). Greystar is the management company and are great. so don't believe everything you read and go see it for yourself. by the way the low scores are because we have not moved in yet, but the other scores are from what I saw.

You may have thought the place was safe when you visitied at night, however someone tried to steal our car the first week we lived there and someone was also robbed at gunpoint.
