Was very cautiuos at first when the new mangement came in, but as all the changes that were promised have been completed, I am a beliver!! AIMCO the prior management promised many things and NEVER came thru! The office and maintenance staff is very plesant,willing to help and always there. Great new landscaping and we don't have the ugly eyesore of the dead tennis courts when you drive in, unstable stairs have also been repaired and painted!! The Village has a lot of potential and definetedly is worth recommending to others to move in.

You've got to be kidding me. This is a joke. Have you really looked around this place? Masking tape for door numbers going on over a month now. Newly painted doors (3 times now) still with streaks of the original paint showing through. A huge rate hike for water and pest control that has never been recieved despite multiple requests. It took two months to paint the main building.

But you know what...they've done alot more than the prior management, which really made the place look like crap. At least give them some credit...they are taking care of the crap the other management left behind and by the way...Rome wasn't built in one day...
