This is one of the cheapest apartments complexes around, but you get what you pay for. We like the prices and haven't had a problem with the office adding extra fees (like others complained about) but I would much rather pay extra to have a better place to live. Like others say, the walls are paper thin and I can hear the people above me having regular conversations. The pool and hot tubs are poorly kept and hardly cleaned. And there are constantly teenagers drinking and doing God knows what in them at late hours during the night. We haven't had a problem with the office staff, and we love Medy. She is awesome. She's very polite and professional. Our toilets have had major problems and don't work frequently. The last month or so it has gotten better and has only happened once...but you always go to bed listening to the toilet bubble up when they're on the fritz. Hopefully the problem is getting solved though. I absolutely hate our refrigerator...and our dishwasher is crap too. They are literally probably the cheapest ones on the market. I end up having to wash my dishes by hand after the dishwasher cleans them b/c it cleans so horribly...waste of money! The gates coming into the complex are broken frequently and they def. don't keep visitors out. The arm doesn't come down fast enough and cars constantly "sneak" through after you. We can't wait for our lease to end so we can move out of here. We have the 2 bedroom, 1 bath grande apartment and the second bedroom is SOOOO small. It's okay for my baby...but it shouldn't even be considered a 2nd bedroom. Oh yeah, and I wouldn't recommend getting an apartment with the large seperate bath tub...HUGE waste of money!!!! It doesn't have a regular bath spout on it...it has a sink spout on it! The maintenance guy told me that they are all like that and can't do anything about it. Seriously, it takes about an hour to fill up and by then, the water is cold. Don't be fooled...it looks nice and we thought so too when we picked this floorplan...but we have been here almost a year and have used it maybe twice. It is def. not worth it!!!
