Been here for almost 3 years now. We are for sure moving out of this place. They will always raise the rent on you by 50$ or more, claiming that "It's what everyone else does and is normal"

Lighting, or rather lack there of. The only lights are in the closets, kitchen and batrooms. That's right, no lights in the living room OR your bedroom. Kinda cheap really. I mean, would it be so hard to put a light fixture in' Well according to The Westbury, we buy the fixture, they install it for 100$....Yeah ok.

No ants, just roaches every so often. We do keep a few bottles of RAID around. We are very clean too, so I know it's not from food being left out.

No maintance to speak of. They don't come and change the air filter (ever) on the AC unit in your house. Which, being left untouched is black in just 2 months. I know I have spent atleast 200$ in filter replacements to help keep dust down in our place. The toilets do gurgle alot, we acutally had to unplug our spare bedroom one because it just got way to noisey. If you don't use a water spigget for a week, it smells like someone farted in your water and you have to let it run for 15 mins or so.

Very roomy with our 2 bedroom apartment. But being RIGHT NEXT DOOR to Lowes doesn't help either. The constant beeping and loud speaker from them is enough to make you want to crawl over the styrofoam wall (yes styrofoam) and start ripping speakers and lights off their walls. They start early too, around 4am. So be prepaird to have some restless nights.

Then there are the neighbors. You can hear people pooping and peeing, taking showers and the creaks in the floors from when they walk are getting worse by the day it seems. That and the people with the motor cycles are very annoying. Reving up constantly and burning out everywhere. You can usually hear someone having sex about once a week too. Not very well built. The people below us are probably the worst I have ever known. They constantly play music so loud, I thought it was coming from my own apartment.

We dont use the swimming pool, because we have seen people having sex in there, and also found some creamy white stuff floating about. Haven't been back since.

Oh yeah, garages are 80$ a month. 80$! Very not worth that price. Parking is ok. Until some dumb idiot parks in the walk way and you can't carry your groceries in to your house. Alot of kids too.

The trash area is another fine example of this place. Don't bother to dump on Monday, becuase you are just going to put it on the ground anyways. They have the smallest dumpster for all these places. Doesn't make sense really. They even have notes saying "Please do not leave trash on ground". Yeah right. Like I'm going to carry a bag of trash around with me all day. Along with the other 200 people that couldn't fit their trash in the dumpster.

Also, we have cracks in our walls due to shifting. Pretty embarasing really.

All in all, this isn't a very good place to live anymore. It's gone down hill alot and is very annoying. A major turn off is Lowes. You get a cheaper price if you go to the back of the complex (like us) and now we know why. Because Lowes will drive you out of your mind on the weekends when you try to sleep in past 5am.
