I am almost done with my lease. They have an ant problem and they are no help. If one apartment in the biulding suddenly gets ants, it makes sense to spray all of them in the building..right' Nope. Get ant traps and spray and do it yourself along with changing the a/c filters. The leasing office as a whole is non-responsive and uncooprative. Maintenance is iffy. The pool is disgusting and during the warmer months the pool is noisy all hours.
The apartment itself was bright and nice, but you have to bring your own lamps and the doors slamming at all hours and you can hear them all. Also people walking up the steps and tlaking outside. You can hear other people's music ALOT. For the price you pay here it's just not worth it.

The doors are like hotel doors and slam behind you. You can hear any conversation on any level that is held in the breezeway. Seriously . . . the noise is just not able to be controlled around here apparently . . .
