I would not recommend this place for anyone. The walls are sooo thin, every weekend I can hear the upstairs neighbor having sex. Every morning the guy next door alarm clock goes off at 5:00 am and wakes my wife. The maintenance never cleans up anything. All the maintenance ever does is drive around in golf carts. Their crazy trying to sell this place for condos.
