A true shame

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
After reading the reviews,i was lucky to have lived on the 3rd floor,so i never had any problems with noise.After they started going condo,the place wasn't the same.
Wasps nests,spider nests,and lack of help from maintnance added to the problem.
I feel sorry for the suckers who would pay 140K for my apt.
My new apt in Tampa is bigger,and 175 bucks a month less.
