I absolutely hate this complex. Everybody that works there are snotty lazy creeps. I've lived here for 2 years and now THANK GOD I'll be moving out shortly. I tell you, if I could sleep on the floor of my new place while I wait for it to be finished I would. When I first moved in, there were and have continued to be ants ants ants everywhere I turn. The one and only time they went up to spray, they said they couldn't because my vicious monster dog was freaking out the maintence guy..guess what' I DONT HAVE ANY ANIMALS!!! They argued with me about this! I shouldv'e left after that, but I guess I don't learn. I've been willing to deal with the occasional rent hikes but after they decided to go condo this whole place just went to hell! The same month several people had break ins with no forced entry...I had someone try to break into my apartment. Luckily they only damaged my door a little and didn't get in. You know what the staff had to say about that' "oh it must've been one of your neighbors" My AC breaks on a monthly basis and they don't come to fix it for days and days. There are punk kids everywhere. I can hear everything that goes on with my next door neighbors and my upstairs neighbors. My toilet breaks twice a month and maintence won't come up for that no matter how many times I report it. My car gets new scratches and dings on it at least once a week. And I know it's not happening at work. They get pissed at me and give me attitude when I make constant phone calls when my AC breaks for the hundreth time. It is a nightmare! DONT EVER CONSIDER LIVING HERE!!! NEVER! Luckily my nightmare is at an end, and I will be in a much better community. Good luck to all of you poor people that are still living there.
