If your going to rent an apartment in Brandon, you'll be mad to rent here.
The place is a complete mess.
The garbage area is always overflowing with trash, it stinks!
The gym doesn't look like its been cleaned for 6 months, all the machines are filthy and they obviously don't know what a vacuum is at the floor hasn't been touched for a LONG time.
Security is awful, any one can get in or out without a pass and a number of cars have been scratched or dented.
Avoid this place Please....
