I moved into Westbury in September 2006 from Los Angeles. I found it cost effective as I was paying $1085 in Los Angeles for a Studio but here the rent was $950 for two bed appartment.

Second day, the AC was not working, it took 6 days for AC to get repaired. However, the appartment manager was kind enough to give the key for a gues room to use for sleeping. One day when we went to this guestroom, it was already occupied by someone else.

I also found that the they were charging me $30 more than other residents. Washer Dryer are always broken thus I am forced to rent my own washer dryer. At this time, I am paying $980. The property is under new management who does not care of the residents. Right now there is a party going on on the pool side, speakers are facing my appartment, music is too loud. I complained and they refused to lower the volume or change speaker directions. This is my last term in this appartment.
