I've lived here for 9 months, the only reason we won't be staying is because I hate being on the 3rd floor. I'm pregnant and can't imagine dealing with a baby seat/stroller/dog and everything else that will be a pain to lug up and down the stairs.

I don't think this place is amazing. I don't like the fact that smells come through the pocket doors in the bathroom/bedroom. I think some of the residents are trashy, and I hate that they don't fine people for not having their dogs on leashes. I've seen a black dog run up and jump at people walking. I don't think the dog is aggressive, it just doesn't listen to its owner very well. There is a doggy park (which is pretty much a joke, but it's better than nothing)

I don't think it's mgmts fault for some of the people that live here. If they pass all the checks, they can't refuse to allow people to live here.

I've never had a problem with mgmt, or maintenance, they've been quick to fix any problems. Mario is great!
