We've lived here over 2 years. The previous management was fantastic, as far as we were concerned, and our neighbors. New management...Gables...takes over, and things went downhill FAST. They became insane wardens over every little thing. "Omigod...your blinds have a hole in one of them...you owe us $79.00 for it, payable within 24 hours, or we're not accepting your next month's rent & you're evicted." Are you SERIOUS' And for the crappy blinds they put on the window, which have defected into yellow crumbs after 1 yr 1/2, they want us to pay $79.00 when we can buy the same crap at Lowe's for $20'

Since "Gables" took it over, it's been nothing but ----. "Michelle" or whatever her name is...has no sympathy whatsoever but 100% profit for herself. She doesn't care if you starve, she doesn't care about being helpful whatsoever. We constantly get hateful letters..."you didn't pay your water bill on time so we're not accepting your rent until you do." First of all, my water bill has NOTHING to do with my rent. Two different companies, have a nice day. Secondly, even if it DID, my water bill HAS been paid up, always has been, so they totally need to get a new "clue" from whatever business site they think they're getting accurate information from.

Also, we found out our neighbors, in the same apartment home we are in, just literally next door, are paying $150 LESS than we are per month. No difference in lease agreement whatsoever. WTF'

But they LOVE to f*** with our mind about having you evicted over even SNEEZING.

Don't move here. EVER. The previous management team was great...this one will sue you for your eyelashes. Gables suck, DO NOT MOVE HERE...PERIOD!! They just want your money, just like everyone else. Looks great on the outside...do you REALLY want to take the chance of being stuck in a rental agreement where they would LOVE to take 100% of what you earn'
