I have lived here 14 months and as far as the community it is very nice. There are however some qualities about the Apartment itself that I am not so happy about. There is a Roach problem in the Apartment Complex and I am not the only tent to have experienced this and I'm not kidding about the bugs...I have seen roaches that were about 1 inch big....yuck and during the months of Jan-March during Centipede season...you'll find those small centipeds crawing arround your appartment if you're on the 1st floor. and I'm not talking about finding one or two....You'll see them on a daily basese until "Centapedie Season" is over.
The walls are quite thin....you can often hear people having conversations from ourside, people getting in and out of their cars. You can hear people vaccuming or running their washer/dryer from the bath room b/c all the pipping is connected. Not to mention pipping... They were having a water problem in the complex so there were two occations in which they turned off the water complelty for at least 2 hours during the afternoon. Once they didn't even give notice.
The Garbage center....there is only one place to put your trash.. and there have been number of times in which case there was a Pile Up of trash bags outside the trash compactor....
It's suppose to be a gated complex but there also have been number of times in which case the gate is not working but it has taken then days to repair the gate. As far as crime...there has been one car break-in fairly recently, I know this because the complex sent out a flyer to inform us about it....
And the last thing I have to say about this place is about their Grage...if you decided to rent out one of their Grages....get ready because water gets in them when it rains so don't plan on using the grage as storage because some of your boxes and belongs may get water damage from the puddles left over from the rain that has leaked into your grage. And as far as parking...sometimes you'll have a hard time finding parking right in font of your building.
