Looks beautiful from the outside, but it's a total dump. We have lived here for 7 months and have had a constant roach problem. They come in from the framing of the pocket door in the bathroom. (I've seen it happen.) It's soo disgusting! I've lived in 3 other apartments and I've never seen a single roach in any of them. Oh, and they used to spray each unit for bugs every 3 months, but now they posted a memo thay they will no longer be spraying inside the units anymore. You know what that means... MORE BUGS! Last Saturday we were leaving the complex and saw a rat about the size of a squirrel running through the parking lot. That was my final straw. I wish I could break my lease, but it's way too costly. As soon as my lease is up, I am out of here.
Oh, and the walls are PAPER THIN. You can hear EVERYTHING (and I mean EVERYTHING) that goes on with your upstairs and downstairs neighbors.
The front gate is broken every other day, the trash compactor is always full and there is tons of garbage laying everywhere. (Now I know what there are rats everywhere), they front office staff changes every time I turn around, and the office isn't even open on Sunday's anymore. They are obviously cutting costs with not only their staff, but with the complex in general.

Ok, so I've lived here for over 2 years and I've never seen a roach. And the sign said you need to call to schedule a spraying. I did it on a Sunday night and they were there the next day by 3pm. Not hard, sounds like you're lazy. Like the people who drive into the gate because they're too lazy to wait and swipe their card. I live next to the gate, I've watched it happen. Then there are the people who are too lazy to put their trash in the compactor. Also, I've dealt with Meddi since I moved in two years ago and she is prehaps one of the nicest and most helpful people I've met. Last time I check she's still there. As far as the walls go, you can hear things sometimes when people are being rude and playing their tvs too loud. If you play the tv/radio and talk at a normal level no one hears you. And maybe you should try reporting it once in a while to the office! Sounds like you are lazy and like every other American who doesn't want to take responsibility for themselves.

I echo with tmcp2006, I have been living in this appartment since 2006 and don't see any problem. Office is open on Saturday but closed on Sunday, I did not see a rat or raoch. are you sure you live in Westbury? Staff is very friendly, maintainance is on time. This is one of the best apt in the area.
