If you can get into these apartments, since they are income controlled you have to make under a certain amount, I would recomened them. The price can't be beaten. The grounds are usually pretty nice. The only problem is that there are constantly cars going by with their radios blaring and the bass will shake your whole apartment. The maintenance is also not that great. I had some outlets that needed to be fixed and they never did come fix them. I finally just gave up. I guess you get what you pay for.
