Westchester mgmt favors the ghetto residents. you would think being some mgmt lived on site they would see the crap that was living there and not suppose to be living there. The good people didn't matter to them,I guess they preferred the bad. When we moved in our apartment was not even cleaned...GROSS. And if you put in a noise complant nothing got done about it. It makes you wonder how the low income and can afford such nice cars.....hmmmmm. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

The management and staff are very nice to you when you want to move in, but afterwards, they are rude and threatening. They are supposed to give out free a/c filters. THEY DONT! They have different stories every month as to why they dont have any filters. A very very poorly trained management staff.

this is not true. every moth I come to the office for a a/c filter I am given one I have lived in the apt for three years.
