I have lived in Westchester apts. for 5 years and i'm the first person who has ever lived in my apartment. I love the floor plans! They are very spacious and set out in a great way, the prices are cheap and the grounds are usually kept very clean. Every neighbor that moves in above us (since we live on the second floor) HAs been rude and loud. Within the first week of moving in my mom had to change her room (we have a 3 bd. and there is only 2 of us) to the other side of the aparmtent b/c she heard the neighbors having sex up stairs. The walls are like paper you can hear the people next door beating the crap out of their kids or fighting about everything. There are no bugs!!! besides occational ants(that can be prevented with cleanliness) There is always parking and its in a great location bc your seconds away from wal-mart!! In the past 5 years it has slowly been goin down hill but not to bad. There are always kids running around in the breezways who dont even live in the building and there has been occational car breakins but i think that happens anywhere. I would say I would definatly reccomend westchester apts. to anyone who needs a place to live. I've been here for 5 years and i havent had that serious of a problem (thank god)
