DON'T MOVE HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT GETTING GOOD SERVICE FOR YOUR MONEY! I HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE -------- STAFF BEFORE I EVEN MOVED INTO THE PLACE!!! IT TOOK THE -------- STAFF EMPLOYEE 2 MONTHS TO DO AN APPLICATION PROCESS! WHEN FREQUENTLY CALLING TO SEE WHEN MY APT WOULD BE READY...THIS IDIOT CALLED HERSELF GOING OFF ON ME ABOUT CALLING.
THESE IDIOTS WANT YOU TO JUST GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY AND DON'T TALK OR ASK ANYTHING.
AT THIS POINT I DECIDED TO MOVE ELSEWHERE.
THE NEW PLACE TOOK 2 DAYS WITH THE APPLICATION PROCESS!!! WELL WHAT CAN I SAY''' SOME PEOPLE KNOW HOW TO DO THE JOB!!! I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET MY $100 APARTMENT HOLDING FEE BACK IF I DIDN'T MOVE IN, OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON.
WHEN I TOLD THEM TO GIVE IT TO ME BACK..I WAS TOLD IT WAS NOT REFUNDABLE AND WRITTEN ON THE APPLICATION IN SMALL PRINT ON THE BOTTOM!!!
&&&ALL I CAN SAY IS: DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU DO!!!OR MAYBE YOU'LL HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE -------- STAFF BEFORE EVEN MOVING IN LIKE I DID!!! I GUESS I WAS ONE OF THE LUCKY ONES THAT DIDN'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM.
I'D RATHER THEM KEEP $175 THAN GET 12 MONTHS OF RENT FROM ME....THIS PLACE IS CHEAP! CHEAP! CHEAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Erm...it's an income restricted apartment. What do you expect? You opinion stopped being valid the first time you called the staff --------. If you're old enough to have your own place, I think it's about time to move past 6th grade insults.
