The complex is kept neat, clean, green and crisp and bug free, kudos!
Staff is friendly, Maintenance is friendly, knowledgable and prompt.
Some renters around us with pets all follow the rules with dog walking on the outskirt parameters, thank you!
Thoughtful parking by all around us here, this building and the next one, across from the entrance have seemingly excellent tenants with a lot of personal integrity!
A pleasure to live in this small stretch, looking at the motel parking lot through trees and hardly any sound from Hwy 60 traffic.
You will not be disappointed living here in this gated community and be part of the asset and not be a liability to others!
Fullsize stacked Washer/Dryer is $37 and cable is $45 per month and are optional.

You will be HORRIBLY DISAPPOINTED if you live here. Unless you like being burglarized by the TRASH that lives there. I live in the neighborhood and have been a victim to the GARBAGE people living there. Be AWARE, I will have this place shut down

You, Mr. Anonymous, are just hell bent on this shut down thing! Why don't you just move and let the nice comments be! Why does it bother you so much? You don't even live there! Every time someone posts a positive comment, you try to put it down! Well, YOU are just ONE person and you are entitled to your own opinion and you know what they say about opinions, and every body has one! Get a grip and just MOVE if you feel so threatend! Let those who like it, like it and those who are trying to make a decision, make it based on the people who actually LIVE there!
