I love this place. The people in the office are nice. The maintainence staff is wonderful. The whole apartment complex is kept neat and tidy. Excellent parking. The kids never get bored around here... nice pool, 3 playgrounds, volleyball court, soccer field, basketball court, and large open spaces for kids to run. I have a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment for $778 a month. Alot of room for the money. I love the view from my windows. My son has made 3 really good friends. There are nice people who live here. Working class family oreinted good people.
The people who complain about this place are normally the deadbeats who expect the good life to be handed to them. They complain because they got hit with a fee for paying rent late each month. They don't supervise their children. They litter and get a $25 fine then complain about it. I meet some of them at the pool. Losers.
Well, that's my two cents worth. I'm renewing my lease for another year.

This place is the GHETTO!!!! I have lived across the street from this crime infested place for 5 years & have nothing but problems with the PUNK kids that live there. Stolen property, vandalism. If I could I would have it shut down in a heartbeat!! The houses around here have fallen victim to this GHETTO. Save yourself & DO NOT live there. I cant say enough how Westchester Apts are infested with TRASH people.. Just ash Hillsborough County Police Dept.if you dont believe me, they come out on a daily basis & HATE these apartments. DONT RENEW, MOVE BEFORE IT GETS SHUT DOWN, that is my goal...

Sorry that you feel that way but I've been really happy here. It's not the ghetto ! The complex is kept really nice. The office and maintenance staff have been superior. I've never had a problem with anyone here. I talked with other parents and do cookouts with them. We have play groups for the kids. I love this place
