the staff are all rude. They are very eviction happy over the stupidest things. THE STAFF is allowed to do whatever they want but if you do it you get an eviction notice. The pool is always closed. The maintenance people are never around and you can wait up to 2 months to have even a major problem fixed. The apartmenets look nice until you move in and notice all the spots they missed with paint, the glue on the walls from the tiles, the maintennace men coming in to your home whenever they feel without knocking or taking off their shoes. Whenever you move out even if you were never in trouble and the perfect tenent they make up crazy reasons why you won't get your deposit back. The staff is never ever around. Even during office hours 9-5 nobody is in the office and phone calls are never answered. The manager calls the police on everyone and she swears at everyone even little kids. I would never live there again . Plus they raise your rent 30 if you renew your lease. But i don't think anyone would have to worry about that because nobody stays there long enough!

your absolutely right about the management. I was going to move in there about a year ago with someone who was already living there. The little dumpy creton manager, Stacy, who was better suited to be cast as a hobbit for a "lord of the rings" movie, was in fact the rudest person I have ever met. Of course, they refused me, because they wanted the person out who I was moving in with. I asked her for a written response outlining why I was'nt approved, and of course I never got it. She also put a huge green tow sticker on my boat, which took paint off. I did'nt have any problems getting another apartment and have'nt since then. So, take everything into consideration before you move here!!!

My son and his wife were evicted for absolutely no reason. they forged documents and took their deposit and then got them for attorney's fees and court costs. please contact me if you are willing to go public with your complaints chuckygirl20@yahoo.com subject line "candleglow". thank you

This is all untrue. The manager has been great with kids and would never swear at anyone of the the tenants. The new maintenance staff is always there when needed and they have always been respectful to me. I will say the old maintenance staff was definitely a bit rude but they are no longer here. Management treats the people with respect that treat the complex with respect. This has been my experience. Staci is a great person and i've never seen a manager care so much about a complex.
