Great place, keeps out the trouble makers

I laughed when I read the other comments. I have lived here for 14 years. This place is great. They keep it up beautifully. Some of the other reviews wrote that they are "eviction happy". I have never had a problem at all. I pay rent on time, do not throw loud parties and am respectful to my neighbors. If you party, like to be really loud, do not pay your rent on time then beware, you will be evicted. Otherwise this is the best apartment in Brooksville. Actually in all of Hernando County.
