I've read some of the other reviews regarding the management and other staff. I've lived here for over a year and I have to say the staff has been just amazing to me. They have NEVER been rude or disrespectful and have gone out of their way to help me out more then they have had to. The maintenance staff is always available and the grounds are always kept neat and beautiful. The staff is constantly attempting to unite the community by offering pool parties, games and contests. They do not have to do any of this, especially since so few of us participate. When looking at the reviews on this site a 5 star for staff says "Staff really have its act together! Obviously committed to delivering great service to residents". This is 100 percent accurate. The manager really cares a lot about this place and she puts a lot of personal time to make this complex great. This is the gods honest truth. This is a fantastic place to live and I feel safe and comfortable having my six year old daughter here. I would hate to see a few bad apples that have been evicted ruin the reputation of such a great place to live.

Here is my opinion of the actual apartment.

In my rating I give construction a 4 out of 5. In the unit I am I have no noise problems from neighbors but they lose a point with the fact that the building is older and the floor boards are a bit loud. However I can't hear my neighbor's apartments which is probably the best thing about this place. I don't like hearing other peoples tv's, bed's (if you know what I mean), and arguments. It is nice and quiet. There are seveal different layouts and the one I am in is a larger one bedroom. I am in an apartment that has not been re-modeled so the cabinets are a bit older looking. Most of the units have been done and they are really nice with new modern appliances. It provides a very classy look and feel. If you think you would have a problem with hearing footsteps above you I would recommend a second floor Apartment but from talking to the neighbors below me the sounds of the footsteps are bareable and you get use to them quickly.

In all other aspects I honestly feel a 5 is worthy. I will say that the garbage collection does come rather early but this is not the fault of the complex but the city. It's like any place you live you become aware of the noises around you and you adapt to them.

One last comment about Maintenance. I've read some of the reviews like I mentioned and there have been some complaints about maintenance. Awhile back there was one particular maintenance worker that was very rude but he is no longer part of their team. The new staff is very friendly and from my experiences have been right there. Granted I have only needed them twice for minor issues.
