Rents keep going up. The place is a pig pen now with the new evil blonde lady running it. Talk about rude, she makes a point to be nasty so you never call or complain or show up at the office. So many of my neighbors have left because of her and the new trashy leasing girl. Was so different and nice a year ago when I moved in. The other lady was always there doing things to make the place look good, she even planted flowers herself. The new staff does nothing but sit out front smoking cigarettes and being rude. My lease is up in two months and you can bet I am out of there. Don't fall prey to their gimmick of free rent, it will cost you in the long run. Especially work orders- never done. My toliet flooded my unit and it was three days before they told the maintenance guy. Mold everywhere, bad bad place. BEWARE Oh yeah, wood floors with cheap carpet over them in the upstairs make for bad neighbors, you can hear everything that goes on EVERYTHING. I can actually hear my neighbor peeing in the morning....nothing to

this review and the other one above it are very funny and humorous 2 me and my wife both. we have lived here going on 3 years now, and can tell you this is not true at all. this is a great place to live, its quite, very clean, great staff, and neighbors. yes we do hear our neighbors once in a while, but i never heard them peeing...lol the property manager (vicki) is very nice, the leasing agent (tasha) just started so we dont know her too well yet, but is far from trashy and is always smiling. the maintenance guy (scott) is funny as hell, and knows what hes doing. we are moving out only because we are buying a house, but if we didnt, we would no doubt stay. this is a really nice place.
