When I first moved in I would give this apartment complex a 5. Since living here for over half a year now, I think my overall review is probably lower.

Parking is decent. They recently redid the driveways and parking spaces to keep from any extra holes and things.

The grounds are kept up fairly well. Landscapers regularly mow and blow any leaves on sidewalks and driveways out of the way. Leaves in grass is constant - have yet to rake them away.

Noise level isn't great. The walls are very thin so between hearing vacuums, tv, and stereos that are 3 apartments down, the noise is accustomable.

Maintenance is still up to par. Whenever there is a problem they come and fix it.

Safety on premises is overall good. Recently, a few safety lights have gone out and haven't been replaced, but overall it is manageable.

Office staff is ok. Not the friendliest but gets things done. Manages the premises fairly well.

Overall it is a good apartment complex. Compared to their local opponents (Candleglow Apartments, Diamond Creek Apartments) they are a tad down from their rank.
