Dangerous practice of lease entrapment, compounded by highly abusive middle level manager...

This complex is supposed to be for the financially needy, and disabled etc...
It would required a good laywer to get through the application tricks they pull here. Then you might think you have a place to call home, wrong again. Next the harrassment starts, and it is particularly viscious.
A large percentage of the residents here are under varrying levels of severe harrassment.
Many are written up the moment they move in by a middle level regional managemer. Specifically, " Annette Simmons ". This Woman who has reportedly burned out 8 or nine on site managers in the last 10 years, will try and destroy your ability toeither live here, or move elswhere by immeadeatly pilling up lease violations, and threats of eviction onto your tenant's record file. BEWARE !!! EVERYTHING IS NOT ALLOWED HERE. You must get, "WRITTEN PERMISSION FOR EVERYTHING". If you accept verbal permission for anything, you can be sure it will be the excuse for a "WRITE-UP & EVICTION THREAT LETTER". AGAIN.. BEWARE. No one can have safety and stability under these conditions. BEWARE ! Annette's Simmons'goal here at Norbourne Estates' seriously appears to be the destruction of disabled or financially burdened people's ability to survive. There are Several other much better rental complexes in the area, and they all know, and can often relate stories, about how this place is violating human right's.
It will not be long before a good Jewish NewYork Laywer spots this juicy lawsuite just waiting to happen. That's when folks up in Kentucky, will wish they had fired Annette long ago.

I live in these apartments and this is completely false. The only people who are bothered here are people who don't follow the rules. You probably didn't follow the rules and you got kicked out and thats why your mad.
