Pine Terrace Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   I have lived there for almost three years and I don't ever have a problem unless things aren't being taken care of. I keep to myself, although most neighbors are pretty friendly. I have had past maintence requests, some of them being taken care of in a timely manner, some taking WEEKS. (air conditioning, etc.) I always pay my rent two weeks early, don't stir up any trouble, and enjoy living here. I am mostly overall happy with the complex if we can keep some good managers. We have gone through four in the past three years!!! Just do your job as our landlords, we'll do our job as tenants!!! Everyone that are potentional residents, it's a great "starter" apartment if your not looking to own anything for yourself, just be aware of the issues. Thanks!
