management for this complex is entirely incompetent. the tenants tend to be "disorderly" and petty. the parking spaces are only an advantage if you live in a single bedroom apt. and very rarely have friends over. the "renovated" apts. tend to have a little work and a lot of coving up (my apt had three layers of tiled linoleum which were never fixed). the provided lease is very user unfriendly and tends to bind you in such a manor that if any thing happens what so ever its entirely on you instead of them.
