To start with, the staff is very friendly and helpful. This complex is an efficency motel. I paid a nightly rate of $55.00 for a canal view. Road views are $50.00 per night (These are summer rates and I believe there are about double this for the winter seasin in Florida) In the evenings the owner is at the front desk and is a super lady. My room was very spacious and comfortable. There were two recliners to kick back and watch TV. Also a nice desk with 2 chairs to put your notebook computer on or write notes or work on business (I was in Cape Coral on business).

There is an alcove with a two burner stove, a small but adequate refrigerator, a microwave oven, and a stainless steel sink. There are dishes, cups, plates and silverware in the cabinets and a nice rolling cart available for whatever use. There was a toaster and coffee maker there but you must bring your own coffee.

Bed was nice and firm, the AC unit worked great. I was in a first floor room facing a freashwater canal. There were chairs right outside my exterior access doors to sit and relax.

The pool is very nice and you can fish for bass and bluegills right off the dock.

Phone has a dataport on it. Local calls are 50 cents as are access to an outside line for toll free calls.

Bathroom has door to shut off tub and toilet and enable others to use vanity sink. Soap is provided but not shampoo.

There was one dresser and nightstand and they were very adequate.

Maid service is excellent and they work around your schedule very nicely. They truly want to know if everthing is OK.
