This company didn't know what a pile of crap they bought when they did. It's built from leftover parts and cheap product. People were driven out of the property, with no caring of where they go... This is not condo quality construction, it's crap. But unknowing people will buy anyways, they will figure out what junk they bought. Well Florida is going to crap too, pretty soon, there will be no place to live for renters, but investors could care less... Good luck if you buy one of these...

I bought a condo in this place and it is full of trashy non caring renters. The developer- Bay Comminities is owned by the "Condo King" who spent time in a federal prison for real estate fraud back in the mid 90's. in MA Don't buy or rent anything in this place.. I was promised by the group (Prince Group) that sold it to me that it was in "transistion" from apartments to condos. I was told their is a wieght room, gate and other ammentities.. What a friggin misrepresented sale. Check BBS on Bay Communites, They don't have the best record... There are condo bylaws, but know one wants to enforce them. Do yourself a favor if you do buy, get everything in writing. I have learned a valued lesson buying here..

to Irich65194 sell the place if don't like it, or let them take it by foreclosure. This is what happens when low class people with bad credit like you, gets a chance to buy something. I bet this was the only company that allowed you to buy something.

To the anonymous poster above, who I believe is actually an employee of this place, Why do you assume I have bad credit? I am a professional who makes over 60,000 per year with excellent credit. You made my point by your stupid remark. Are you saying because I bought here I am low class like that is what is living there now? quote "I bet this was the only company that allowed you to buy something" What a sutpid statement.. You should really think before typing. My Point is I spent good money and I got a rental community that does not even screen and has no sound proofing. This is no condo.. or an apartment for that matter. They don't even screen rentals here.. If your going to try to insult someone's character, have the guts tor reveal who your are..

Ok, Anonymous and Irich.. you both made your point. all I know is when looking for a condo I CERTAINLY DO NOT WANT TO BE SURROUNDED WITH RENTERS..would prefer neighbors with stability.. CORAL COVE CONDO is lovely when driving thru..but then again Lindsay Lohan is also lovely..doesn't mean I would like living with her..
