Who ever placed this ad is not informed.. It's name is not Coral Cove Apartments any longer. It was converted to condo's in 2005 hence the name changed to Coral Cove Condominiums,. The zoning for the property was also changed to resdential condo and there is a declaration of condo and bylaws. Additonal, the correct adress is 1751 Four Mile Cove PKWY, not 1600. They are strict with rules, can't even have my big dog here any longer. Nobody seems to be able to use the club house and the wieght room (you have to pay an additional fee). when my lease is up, I am out..
