AWFUL

The office staff seemed to change frequently, with the management employee(s) becoming worse from one to the next. The move out experience was the worse that I have ever encountered. Although the handbook specifically states that keys, etc. can be dropped in the mail slot, I was informed that they must be physically given to someone in their hand (or it is considered abandonment) and this is their justification for unjustly charging rent for an extended period of time, although a notice was given and the keys were turned in as indicated in the manual. I was told incorrect information (scare tactics) in order for me to pay amounts that I truly do not owe and have not paid. Maintenance is really slow, it took them over 3 days to fix the toilet in one of the bathrooms. Being that both bathrooms are in the bedrooms, my children were unable to sleep in their room during this time.
If you take the chance to move here, all I can say is be very careful.
