It's a place to live. Your getting what you pay for. The grounds arent so much of an eyesore as they used to be. The management staff is pretty helpful. But arent to quick to fix things that are wrong with your apartment. The lighting around the apartments is not very good at all. There is constantly groups of guys looking like serial killers walking around. I have whitnessed drugs going on in the playground late at night. They have a gate, but it doesnt do a darn thing because it's ALWAYS broke. I have only been living here for 5 months and if I would have known that it was like this I would have kept looking. It's low income so you have a BUNCH of little children everywhere, and when you get low income, you get low class people. Most everyone that lives here either has 20 kids, looks like a heroin addict, Or complete backwoods white trash. I probually wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone.

im not racist and i live here and agree with everything that person said. its a beautiful apartment inside, but once you step outside its like you stepped into the projects. theres wannabee gangsters with gold teeth smoking weed all around where i live. the complex does nothing about fixing anything that breaks, such as lighting, etc. the neighbors are always fighting and screaming and yelling at their kids and husbands. the amount of obscenities heard in one day is more than ive heard in years. no one even has any common courtesy. kids sit on your car even when you tell them its yours. theyre too stupid to know to get off. the cops have been called many times. the officer said that our management needs to be involved to help get rid of the scumbags. since they dont, im moving. ill be paying $450 more a month for rent, but i wont have to trip over beer bottles, badmouthed kids and trailer trash adults. and no, im not. i just happened to get in here when i first moved and wasnt making any money. so think twice before you move here. its a waste of a beautiful apartment.
