When I moved in three years ago, the only problem I had were extremely noisy upstairs neighbors. That seemed to be an ongoing problem, because the next two tennants upstairs were and are very loud. There is definitely a disregard for the no-dog rule, as it seems every building has at least one. The cops come by more and more, especially to the poorly-lit, unsafe playground. The walkways are dirty and the stairs are crumbling. The one garbage compactor is usually full to overflowing. It's very hard to find a nice leasing agent or manager on site. The only thing to recommend these apartments is the location.
