my apt was flooded from the time of the hurricane. The complex is charging me the full rent and not letting me breake the lease.

Also, only residents are allowed to park on the property. All other are towed by the towing company. The friend of mine was towed for the back in parking. I am living in the horrible conditions: mold, roaches...the complex is not fixing stuff. I have a damaged roof and every time it rains, I am collecting gallons of water in the apartment. I am going to hire an attorney to deal with this crap. Never choose this complex or you will be screwed! They are not letting me to get out of the lease.
