I have lived here for a year now and am despirately trying to save enough to move out it was fine here i live in the front where not much happens mostly everything bad here has always happened down at the end. Well august took a turn for the worst my upstaits neighbor got attacked at his car at 5:30am beat and then dragged to his apartment where he was shot in the back he survived my husband was just heading to work so he saw the whole thing what terrifies me is that if he had headed out to work just 5 minutes sooner it would have been him that was shot. So our complex told us to bad so sad you cant break your lease without a fee and it goign against your credit so two days later we get a hit and run on our car luckily someone saw it happen and got the lisence plate number. they never answer maintence requests our upstairs neighbors fridge broke and flooded their apartment and ruined our ceiling and some of our stuff all they did was come and spray paint our ceiling(not even the right color) and that got spraypaint all over our sons toys all over our electronics and ruined alot of our stuff they didnt warn us to cover anything nor did they cover anything on their own i foster cats and the residue got on their feet which they licked off and made them sick! the trash here is always piling up there is only one trash area for the entire complex!there is never any parking. the first month that we moved in here my son was playing in the "tot lot" and brought me a steak knife he found on the ground! do not move here unless you are trashy people with nothing nice because your stuff, car ect. will be destroyed! there is one person that works in the office that is even slightly helpful and that is molonda but she can't help with much.
