Too Much for Too Little

Though the community is one of the most beautiful apartment communities in Orlando, The Harbor still leaves much to be desired. Parking is horrible unless you pay extra for a carport or garage (they are gating the complex now though, maybe that will help). Because of all the nature around, ants and other bugs are all over the place. If you live along the lake, the mosquitos are the WORST during the summer. The insullation inside my apartment was terrible. During the summer, I had to have the air conditioning set around 65 just so I didnt sweat while i slept. And for the same price, you can get an apartment twice the size somewhere else. You are paying for the lake and the extra scenery. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
