Wonderful lakeside setting, unfortunately it's overshadowed by a few unfortunate community issues to include: crime, shady tenants, parking, and small (and sometimes obnoxious) groups that like to occupy the entire beach during the weekends.
Overall integrity of particular staff members is very questionable. Observed several acts of blatant dishonesty; furthermore, have not yet receive a reply from the ZOM V.P. regarding the matters. Not a place for professionals.
