Don't do it.

I've lived here for a year and a half, and I really regret staying. The buildings are made from toothpicks and construction paper, so you hear absolutely everything your neighbors do. Parking sucks, and I've lived in plenty of complexes that aren't like that. The apartment is not at all energy efficient, I've lived in bigger places with more bedrooms and roommates that cost less when the electric bill came around.
My neighbors are awful. There are two types of people here: College brats and flunkies, and 50 year olds whose life didn't turn out quite the way they hoped. Half my building smokes pot. It sucks. If you're looking for a place to live among other young professionals, this is certainly NOT it.
Maintenance is typically decent, nothing awful, nothing special. Office sends you inexplicable warnings for rules you haven't broken, or they accuse you of not paying rent unitl you prove you did with the cashed check.
I can't leave here soon enough. Too bad, because this place could be really nice.
